Stemming from a partnership of over a decade, 8 Ball redefined and modernized the EasyCare brand from the ground up–developing a comprehensive identity system built to unify every customer and dealer touchpoint across the organization. More than a visual refresh, the engagement focused on creating an ecosystem: a scalable brand framework designed to bring clarity, consistency, and emotional connection to a category often driven purely by function. Built to create momentum and constantly move the brand forward, the new identity positioned EasyCare with a renewed sense of confidence and purpose.

From brand strategy and messaging to typography, color systems, digital experiences, print collateral, environmental graphics, and internal communications, every element was intentionally developed to work together as a cohesive extension of the EasyCare brand. The result was a more confident, recognizable identity that strengthened relationships, improved brand consistency across platforms, and positioned EasyCare for long-term growth in a highly competitive industry.
